SHE LEADS: A Community-Driven Leadership Journey for Girls 13–19

$0.00

SHE LEADS:

We are excited to share a meaningful new opportunity for young women in our community!

The ORENDA Society has partnered with CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association) Rural Mental Health Network to launch SHE LEADS—a free offering for girls aged 13–19 who are ready to step into their purpose, give back to their community, and grow into confident, connected leaders.

This unique program invites participants to gather once a week, rotating between in-person and online sessions, to develop essential lifelong skills in leadership, self-awareness, collaboration, and service. It’s a space for connection, contribution, and personal growth—where girls can build confidence, find their voice, and thrive alongside like-hearted peers.

With a strong focus on giving back locally, each participant will take part in planning and offering a meaningful service that creates a positive ripple in our community.

To keep this experience close-knit and impactful, we are accepting only 10 participants.

Our first meet-up will take place on May 14th at 6:00 PM. If you are selected, you will receive a welcome letter with more details and next steps.

If you or someone you know would be a great fit, please email us to express interest and receive the application form. We’d be honoured to walk alongside these young women as they grow into who they’re meant to be.

We’re especially excited to be launching this offering in partnership with CMHA’s Rural Mental Health Network (RMHN). Their dedication to community wellness and mental health support strengthens this experience and allows us to nurture young leaders in a more grounded, holistic way.
