Jenn has spent over 15 years in the fitness industry, specializing in strength training, TRX, and yoga. Her background also includes a diploma in addictions and mental health, as well as experience in social work and case management. She has dedicated her career to providing intensive support for families facing homelessness, ensuring they have the resources and skills needed for long-term stability.

At Orenda, Jenn is passionate about sharing, learning, and growing—both within the community and beyond. She believes in the power of connection and is committed to fostering a supportive space where individuals can build resilience and self-awareness. Her work is guided by the philosophy that healing is not about avoiding struggle but about learning to navigate it with mindfulness and grace.

Outside of Orenda, Jenn finds joy in spending time with her family, connecting with nature, practicing yoga, and walking her dogs. She is known within the community for her strength, kindness, and openness—always willing to listen, grow, and learn.
